Repairs/Diagnostics on Certain Garmin Handhelds and Collars

We have the ability to do certain repairs on dc50 and newer collars, as well as screen replacements for the Astros and Alpha 100s. You’ll be responsible for payment including return shipping within 10 days of being notified your items are repaired, or if they’re not repairable by us. If payment is not received within the designated time frame, your items may be sold to recover costs. All items received will be documented by date, serial number and customer name. You can choose to have us send in broken/non repairable items for refurb replacement as long as they are not discontinued. Payment must be made prior to sending items off.

Return shipping is typically $10-$15 depending on quantity and size/weight of packaging. You will be responsible for this in the time frame mentioned.

If you submit an item that is “beyond repair“ you will be contacted and given option to send in for refurb, have it sent back, or we can junk it.
