We work directly with Back On Track Garmin Repair which has the ability to do diagnostics and repairs on dc50 and newer collars, as well as screen replacements for the Astros and Alpha 100s. We can personally handle other repairs and updates. Whether we fix your items or Back On Track does, you will get quality repairs with quality parts. You’ll be responsible for payment including return shipping within 10 days of being notified your items are repaired, or if they’re not repairable. If payment is not received within the designated time frame, your items may be sold to recover costs. All items received will be documented by date, serial number and customer name. You can choose to have us send in your broken/non repairable items for refurb replacement as long as they are not discontinued. Payment must be made in the aforementioned time frame prior to sending items off, or returning them to you.
