TRADE INS (page in progress)

We do accept trade ins!! We have competitive offers but value strictly depends on the condition of items sent in.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT IN FOR EVALUATION BEFORE THEY ARE VALUED.
Most items will be accepted, working or not working. Non working items will be considered depending on what is wrong with them. We reserve the right to not accept any item for any reason.

All items sent in should include their chargers or other necessary accessories. We advise listing on paper what you sent in, with “working/non working“ next to each, and adding your contact info in the box.

We STRONGLY recommend sharing the tracking number with us, or at least keeping it for your records.

Once we evaluate and test everything we will reach out to you with an estimate for trade in value towards your new equipment. You will have 2 weeks to decide and either pay to have your items returned or to pay the remaining balance on your new equipment. If you don’t accept our offer, you will have that same 2 weeks to pay $15 to have your items returned to you. If this is not done your items will be considered abandoned and we will do with them as we please. Any credit card transactions (no sales below $100) will require photo ID, email address for receipt, and must be sent to the address on the ID.

ITEMS ACCEPTED/NOT ACCEPTED

Any “skunked” items will not be accepted.
Any items that are written on that cannot be cleaned off will not be accepted.
Non working discontinued items MAY NOT be accepted.

Chewed antennas will be accepted as long as item is functional.
Screen spots may be accepted depending on the item.

If you have any questions about the trade in process please reach out to us. We however canNOT give estimates over the phone or with just pictures.

Equipment that is missing parts or needing repairs/replacements will be subject to a decrease in value. This includes antennas, antenna keepers, screens, collar straps, chargers, etc.
